Our main goal in preserving the Old Sweet is to be as historically accurate as possible. Our guests will feel as though they have been transported back in time while staying with us. In order to accomplish this goal while still offering state of the art accommodations we have comprised a team of dedicated professionals. Our team of historians, historical architects and custom craftsmen work diligently to maintain the historic integrity of this unique site.

Sweet Springs Management Company is comprised of a team of dedicated professinals working together to preserve and restore The Historic Sweet Springs Property located in Monroe County, West Virginia.

Our company was established in 2005 and we have been responsible for preserving the Old Sweet Springs ever since. Our specialty is Historic Preservation. Our business is located at 50 Jefferson Lane, Sweet Springs, WV 24941 and our corporate headquarters is located at 107 Amelia Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401.

The Sweet Springs Property is a Historic District listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the National Registers Endangered Sites List.
